  • Is windshield repair covered by my insurance company?

    Yes, most insurance companies will pay for windshield repair if you have a comprehensive auto insurance policy. If you choose to have your windshield replaced rather than repaired, some companies will even waive your deductible, leaving you with no costs.

  • Which insurance companies do you work with?

    We work with most automobile insurance companies. For more information about the companies we work with, give us a call today. We are recommended and approved by all major insurance and network billing companies. We even do the paperwork for you.

  • Will my insurance rates go up if I file an auto glass claim?

    No, they won't. Unlike an accident in which you are at fault, a cracked windshield doesn't reflect negatively on your driving ability. Auto glass replacement is covered under the comprehensive portion of your insurance policy instead of the collision portion. Your premiums will stay the same, and you will get a new windshield.

  • Where do I take my car for repairs or replacements? Will this take a long time to complete?

    You won't need to take your car anywhere. We come to you with our mobile repair and replacement service. Regardless of where you are, whether at home, work or on vacation, we come to you to make the process as convenient as possible. It usually takes our technicians about an hour to replace a windshield. We ask that you not drive your car for a few hours afterward so that the seal properly cures. We'll let you know all of the details after your installation.

  • Do I need to be there while you do your work?

    No, you don't. You can be anywhere you'd like, inside your home, at work, or visiting friends. We only ask that we have access to your vehicle's interior to perform our repairs or replacements.
